This hydraulic-driven offshore crane is specially designed to deliver compact, flexible, and high-compliance lifting solutions for full-range offshore rig maintenance and material handling.
The MPC multi-purpose crane adopts a compact structure and advanced multi-axis hydraulic control system, supporting precise cross and long travel. It flexibly accesses confined hard-to-reach areas above and below the rig floor, solving the coverage limitations of traditional deck cranes. Fitted with an independent arm-end winch, it extends vertical lifting travel and working radius. It covers core scenarios including BOP maintenance, wire line operations, V-door hoisting and drill floor manipulation, serving as an all-in-one solution that saves rig deck space and reduces equipment investment.
Built in full compliance with API offshore standards and available with ABS Design Assessment, the MPC crane meets international offshore safety specifications. It features stable side pull resistance and steady hydraulic output for safe complex-load lifting. The optional personnel basket allows belt-free high-altitude maintenance, greatly improving on-site safety and operational efficiency. With anti-corrosion and dustproof design, it adapts well to high-salt and high-humidity harsh marine environments for long-term stable operation.
This hydraulic MPC crane offers a safe working load ranging from 2250kg to 9979kg, with customizable 7000kg specifications. It provides smooth lifting and travelling performance and stable hydraulic power output, supporting continuous cyclic lifting tasks. Standardized electric and hydraulic configurations lower failure rates, reduce overall operational and maintenance costs for offshore rig projects.
