A Stiff Boom Offshore crane with lifting capacity 30t at 25 metres has successfully passed the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The milestone marks the completion of on‑site installation and commissioning, paving the way for the crane to enter commercial operation.
The crane has beed designed comply with ABS rules for lifting appliances on board ships and offshore units, with a total DFT of 320 um. This stiff boom offshore crane features a fixed‑boom configuration, offering a simple and robust structure with fewer moving parts. The crane is well suited for a wide range of offshore applications, including deck operations, platform resupply, and vessel‑to‑vessel cargo transfers.
